1. Private Membership Community

Presence is not an open social network.

Membership is curated and subject to approval.

Acceptance into Presence is a privilege rather than a right, and we reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke membership in accordance with our Membership Agreement, Community Standards, and Terms of Service.

2. Minimum Age Requirement

Presence is intended solely for individuals who are 25 years of age or older.

By creating an account, joining the waitlist, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Presence platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 25 years old.

  • All information you provide is truthful and accurate.

  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Accounts determined to belong to individuals under the age of 25 may be removed immediately without notice or refund.
